What are the delivery delays?
In Quebec and Ontario, delivery times usually vary between 1 and 5 business days. In the rest of Canada and the United States, expect 3 to 9 business days. Internationally, expect 1 to 3 weeks.
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery cost in Canada is $12; in the United States, $18; and internationally, $25. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs taxes and fees, for which the recipients are responsible.
What are your exchange and refund policies?
All orders can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. The returned item must be new, unused and accompanied by the original invoice. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and reimbursement will be made following receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
Are the bags under warranty?
All Cocotte Équipement products carry a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects. That said, the warranty does not cover breakage and wear. For any complaints, please contact us by email.
How to clean one of our bags?
First, remove the mattress that serves as a protection for your back (when applicable). Then, in a bath, with mild soap (dish soap style) and with a clean cloth, carefully rub your bag. Rinse thoroughly until there is no soap left and allow to air dry. Do not put it in the dryer.
